Config file

menfez login creates the file; menfez config prints where it is:

Keys

Key
token	Auth token, written by menfez login
server	Connect endpoint; leave unset for wss://connect.menfez.dev/v1

Each [tunnels.<name>] table defines a tunnel for menfez start:

addr	required	Local port or address, same forms as menfez http
kind	"http"	Only http for now
subdomain	random	Fixed subdomain
host_header	unchanged	"rewrite" or a literal Host value

Unknown keys are rejected, so typos show up as errors instead of being ignored.
